Terms of Service

Effective date: June 5, 2026

InvoiceToTable is a temporary invoice and receipt processing workspace. These terms explain what the product does, what it does not promise, and how account, payment, and document responsibilities are handled.

1. Service scope

InvoiceToTable helps users upload invoice and receipt files, extract structured fields, review uncertain values, and export CSV or XLSX output. It is not a bookkeeping firm, tax advisor, payment processor, or permanent document archive.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorized access is caused by our own failure.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, scraping, illegal uploads, or excessive system disruption.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload material you have no right to process.
  • Do not use the service to break laws, infringe rights, or process harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass quotas, extract other users' data, or interfere with product availability.

4. Document handling

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and reviewed exports. We process that data only to operate the workflow, including extraction, review support, export generation, fraud prevention, and support investigation when needed.

5. Accuracy and review responsibility

The product is designed to reduce manual entry, not eliminate user judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing output before using it in accounting, reimbursement, compliance, or payment workflows.

  • Model output can be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong.
  • Line items, totals, taxes, vendor names, and dates should be reviewed before downstream use.
  • The service is a workflow tool, not a legal or accounting guarantee.

6. Billing and credits

  • Paid usage is controlled through subscription plans and credits.
  • Credits may be reserved, consumed, refunded, or adjusted according to actual workflow events.
  • Legacy one-time credit records may still appear in historical ledgers, but public billing now focuses on subscription plans.

7. Retention and deletion

The service is intentionally short-retention. Free batches auto-delete quickly, paid batches keep a limited retention window, and users can manually delete batches. Legal, billing, and security records may be retained longer where necessary.

8. Availability and limits

We aim for stable service, but availability can be affected by infrastructure providers, storage providers, extraction providers, or third-party payment and email services. We may change limits, plans, and product behavior as the service evolves.

9. Liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from extraction errors, delays, business interruption, or user reliance on unreviewed output.

10. Changes and contact

If these terms materially change, we will update this page. For product, billing, or legal questions, use the contact page and include the email attached to the account.
